1 large onion, sliced into eighths lengthwise
5-8 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and Pepper
1 cup dry red wine
½ cup water or beef broth
¼ cube beef bouillon
